GENERAL
These rental terms apply to all transactions with SatRent.se. The customer is supposed to have read these terms and agree to them.

START AND EXECUTION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT
Rental is measured in full days. Part of a day is considered a full rental day. Rental starts at the moment the booking is confirmed by SatRent.se. In case of force majeure execution of the rental agreement cannot be forced from SatRent.se

CANCELATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT
After the rental is agreed upon, cancellation under conditions is possible by both parties.
SatRent.se can cancel the rental without any compensation as soon as it is determined the customer has not complied to all rental terms.
The Customer can cancel the rental agreement without penalty up to 5 days before the start of the actual rental.
In case the Customer cancels the agreement up to 2 days before the start of the actual rental period, cancellation costs can be billed to the Customer.
In case the cancellation is not communicated to SatRent.se before the start of the actual rental period, reservation costs and half of the total rental costs can be billed to the Customer.

STOPPING THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
SatRent.se can in some cases pause or stop the rental without and compensation and without loosing all other rights SatRent.se has according to this agreement. This can mean stopping the rental before shipping the goods, or take back the rented units.
In case the Customer hasn't (fully) complied to all requirements, SatRent.se can stop execution of the rent and/or disband (parts of) this agreement without any compensation or warranty for the Customer.
Unless agreed upon otherwise all times and dates are approximate, any earlier or later delivery dates do not give the Customer the right for compensation.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Unless agreed otherwise all payments are to be done before start of the rental period. Payment can be done cash, credit card or by bank transfer. The rented units are only delivered after payment is done. All rented good are delivered by SatRent.se. Either personal or by courier. Sending the equipment back is the responsibility of the customer. Times for both delivery and shipping back are to be agreed upon by Customer and SatRent.se.
In case the Customer doesn't have any comments about the delivered goods, it is assumed the Customer accepts the good as accepted and delivery has taken place.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Customer has to pay SatRent.se the agreed security before rental takes place. This security will be approximately the replacement value of the rented goods.

RENTAL AND BOOKING COSTS
The Customer is required to pay SatRent.se the agreed rental price.
The Customer is required to pay SatRent.se reservation costs in case the reservation is accepted by SatRent.se

PHONE COSTS
In case the Customer rents equipment for use with the existing SIM card of the Customer, the customer will be billed for phone costs by the Customer's own service provider for mobile telephony.
IN case the Customer rents equipment that comes with a SIM card (for example Iridium), all phone costs will be billed afterwards by SatRent.se. The phone costs will be taken off the Security Deposit.

LIABILITY CUSTOMER
As soon as delivery is accepted, the Customer is responsible for the rented equipment. It is advised to insure the goods, considering the relatively high value. Possible damage made to the equipment during the rental period will be billed to the Customer and taken off the Security Deposit.
SatRent.se is not liable for damage caused by the rented equipped. The Customer will not hold SatRent.se responsible for damage caused by the rented equipment to the Customer or others.

REQUIREMENTS CUSTOMERS
Customers are required to take care of the rented goods as good as they can. Customers are required to follow instructions from Sat Rent personnel and included manuals.
After the rental period the good are to be sent back to SatRent.se in the same way as they were rented in. Normal wear and tear excluded. It's not allowed to rent out the rented goods. It's not allowed to leave rented good unmonitored in open areas or vehicles.
The rented good should be available for pick up on the agreed dates, in case SatRent.se comes to pick up the goods. In case the goods are not available on the agreed pick up date, extra rental days will be double billed to the Customer. This extra double rent cannot be higher than the total security deposit and will be taken off this deposit.
In case the Customer is not able to deliver the rented good back, SatRent.se will determine the amount to be paid. This amount will be the costs for replacing the equipment and will be taken off the security deposit.

CONFLICTS
On this agreement Swedish law applies. Conflicts about the rent will be brought in front of a suitable court in Stockholm.
